Welcome to Metta Cats and Dogs Sanctuary (MCDS), home to abandoned and rescued cats and dogs. Since our establishment in the 90s, we have rehabilitated and rehomed hundreds of animals, cared for those too sick and old to be adopted, and we now provide a safe, warm and loving home for those who are waiting for their forever family.
In Pali language, “metta” means loving kindness and also refers to the special bond shared between humans and animals.
